Gone Girl

There were highs and lows to this popular book. Here are a few of mine:

High: very suspenseful and a fast read.

High and low: awful people that sometimes I loved to hate and other times I just hated.

High and low: the unreliable narrator. At first, I liked it and then I started getting annoyed. But I think that's the point--you're supposed to be uncomfortable.  

Low: the ending. Just. The. Worst. 

I'm glad I read it but I can't say it was my favorite.
