Great book for anyone who has a business, is considering starting a business, or works with businesses in a marketing capacity. The author shares many examples of how companies, large and small, tell the story of their brand. She also explains how important it is to have a clear vision and story in an age when advertising is less about traditional "ads" and more about social media and what people share about you.

I really loved this book, a very quick read with interesting examples. Not a ton of details but that's the point--it's not the minute details that matter, it's how you make your customer feel.
